We strive to handle all aspects of family law in a personalized, sensitive and respectful way. We strive to obtain the most beneficial and most cost effective resolution of family law issues for each client. We encourage clients to consider collaborative law as the manner of resolving issues. Collaborative practice is an out-of-court process for resolving disputes respectfully. We also have many years of litigation experience, if needed.
Each client is a unique individual with a personal and unique life story, which must be listened to and acknowledged. Every client is listened to carefully and attentively before any recommendations for working toward a resolution are made.
Every client has a unique and different set of circumstances and concerns which are explored and acknowledged in the initial consultation meetings.
Every client has a family and loved ones and friends who are impacted by separation and divorce issues. The needs and concerns of these individuals are identified and attended to.
